Eating right is the key component to a healthy lifestyle. Let’s face it – with the fast pace of modern life, it’s not always easy to make the right choices when it comes to what you put in your mouth. Chike is the perfect solution for getting all of the nutrients of a healthy meal in a delicious, convenient protein shake.

Pour, Shake, Drink & Go!

It’s fast. It’s easy. It’s tasty. It’s healthy. No more
compromises. No more excuses. Invest a few minutes for a lifetime of benefits. Your future is waiting.

My box o’ samples is beginning to get over-full again (and I’ve got some more I’d like to order) so it’s time to get crackin’ again.

I’ve liked most of the other Chike samples I’ve done, with perhaps the only exception the Orange (which just seemed a bit watered-down for my liking).

First whiff of the powder is very strong smell of vanilla — kinda like one of the jar candles that cost a small fortune.  Toss it in my little green shaker (because these blend very easily without the wire ball..) and 7oz of cold water..

Mmm.. frothy.

The taste is very creamy given this is mixed by hand, without a blender ball, without ice, with water.  It’s a bit sweet, which coming from me?  Is saying something.  It leaves a thick feeling around in my mouth — it’s sweet so not overly unpleasant, but it’s there, coating my tongue and palette.

This is a meal replacement shake — so the calories are a bit higher.  It also has the benefit of some vitamins and minerals (yes, my ears are perked) that some of the straight whey isolate shakes don’t have:

So do I like this?  Yeah, it’s alright.  It reminds me a bit of BSN’s Lean Dessert Vanilla — which I do use quite often as my stand-by (but with fewer calories…)  It’s got a good flavor to it, is easy to get down, has good nutritional stats for the quality of the shake, and even gives you a good serving of nutrients (but doesn’t replace your Centrum so don’t even try to pull that one..)  These are a bit more expensive than some of the other shakes — but you pay for the taste.  Plain and simple.

If you’ve not tried Chike, it’s well worth the money to get the samples.15-serving tub runs $26.50; 28-serving tub runs $45.50; 20 single servings run $37.50

I love Chike! I like to mix 1 scoop of Vanilla with 1 scoop of Click, some ice and whiz it up in my magic bullet – yummy!!! I’ve found it much cheaper at for $39 for the 3 lb tub. Between Chike and Click I’m golden on my protein intake and my surgeon is happy too!
