June Challenge – Days 3 and 4

Sorry I’m slow in getting my data up for Day 3.  I really have no excuse, really.

No food data for day 3 because I ate out twice, and there’s no way I could even guess.  So no.

Day 3 had me jogging 3.5 mi on the treadmill for 54:04 minutes (15:27 pace).  Then did some free weights afterwards.

Day 4 had me jogging (this was my distance day in case I don’t get to the gym today, which I think is likely the case) 4.79 mi for 1:12:47 (15:12 pace).

Today I have a support group meeting in Greenville, then probably some yardwork to do.  The gym is having one of their few closings to work on the floor (I use a 24hr gym) so that’s why I think it’s likely I won’t get to the gym in time.  We’ll see if maybe I get some work on the pavement tonight — but it’s REALLY hot and humid out and that really kills my NCS.

    wow – sleep, 4.30 and 5 hrs with 63/65% efficiency.

    I’m really looking into getting a Body Media with a display as well, they’re on sale at Amazon at the moment, but still a bit pricey for me. I’m going to see how your month turns out.

    My sleep varies. Some days are REALLY good. And some days really blow. When I first got it, my sleep efficiency was closer to 40% (not kidding). Took a few nights’ worth of data to my doc and got trials of a few different drugs to try for sleep meds. Didn’t even have to ask.
