Life Update

Squish squashed..

A quick update while I can, you know, concentrate.

The moving truck with the majority (please note – majority) of my parents’ things came towards the end of last week and I helped to get the truck emptied.  In the heat.

NSV?  It wasn’t really that hard.  And I could climb up on the sturdier furniture to get towards the back while waiting for the movers to get the heavy stuff off the truck.

But not so victorious?  My bruises:

And they say we don't need vitamin K after RNY....

And no, I didn’t fall, don’t know exactly what I did to get these, and they are still there multiple days later.  Think I’ll run by my PCP today to show him and say “see?” just cause I can.  Fun times.

The move is coming along.  My parents will be leaving Kentucky behind today, and should be pulling into town tomorrow sometime.  Hopefully, we’ll begin househunting on Thursday and Friday, maybe some open houses on Sunday.  All getting ready for..

OH’s Cincinnati event!

To which my parents and kids are coming!  Pass the Xanax, Buxx, and Vicodin, please!

So this is a quick update as to why I’m not writing right now.  I’ll get back to it when I can find some energy and motivation to do so again.  Hell, I’m not even heading to the gym right now and running.  So that’s gotta tell you something.

This is more about the K issue, I had my regular botox treatment last week and am left with HUGE bruises from the injection site – I feel it’s a vit K thing too. – will talk about it with my PCP next week.

Good luck with the move for the parents and enjoy your cinci event!

I not only get extra K but also use vit K cream. It really helps with absorbtion and spead up healing.
BTW – vit K is not only essential for bruising but K2 is critacal for bone rebuild. Bruising is indication not only of K but also Iron deficiency…

i added a lot of K2, on top of daily application of Vit K cream (jason brand)
