I’ve got a post or two in my future in mind, but before I get to those, I wanted to share a tool I found.
This is based on the idea of not breaking a pattern. It’s a simple concept: print out a simple calendar for each item you wish to do on a regular basis (walk 20 minutes a day), and mark off each day you do it.
