Sorry it’s so late –
We did draw at 12 noon as promised, but I’m just getting home from my support group meeting that’s held in Raleigh (an hour away).
Little girl child did her duty, after the group witnessed that the jar was well and thoroughly mixed..
I got mentioned.
It was scary at first.
Seriously, I thought I was about to die when I saw the link back.
Go watch it here.
It was about my post, “Community Criticism.”
Is your name in that jar? Will it be?
I’m working through the comments and putting everyone’s name in for the drawing on Saturday.
If you’ve not entered, then cruise on over to this post over here, READ THE POST, and enter to win.
Remember — duplicate entries will be thrown out. I’ve already caught a few dupes. So if you think you’ve already entered, but aren’t sure, please put that in your comment and I’ll double-check for you.

They also contain 125 IU of vitamin D3 for healthy absorption. These chews are sugar-free as well, so you don’t have to worry about getting extra carbs while you get the calcium you need. Each chew is individually wrapped so you can take them with you wherever you go.
Ferritin is another iron blood test used to determine iron stores. It is used in conjunction with additional iron tests to determine overall iron status, as well as supplement efficacy.
Over time, ferritin levels can show how well the body is storing iron, and utilizing that iron. It is a useful tool, especially when looking at trends.
Ranges given are simply given as a point of reference. Your lab may use slightly different lab values. Adapt as necessary.
This is a fasting test. Mornings are best.
